Mindfulness & Sound Journey
Mindfulness sessions to train to stay present in all situations by paying attention to the breath and bodily sensations, followed by a meditative concert with crystal and Tibetan bowls, shamanic drums, gongs, Native American flutes and spontaneous singing.
