Sound Journeys
A deeply relaxing and uplifting experience with Will and Claire-Jeanne.
9 Crystal bowls in 432Hz, aligned with the chakras, Tibetan bowls, a gong, Koshis, a shaman drum, the voice and other shamanic instruments are used to create a landscape of sound. This will quiet the mind and take you to deeper levels of the subconscious mind.

At the same time Will and Claire-Jeanne use their healer abilities to weave their energies through the sound waves to get deeper results of clearing energetic blocks and trauma you might hold on cellular level.
It will be possible to connect with different aspects of you, depending on what your intention is. You can connect with your power animal, your spirit guides or your higher self more consciously.
Let yourself be guided by your higher self and the soundscapes on a journey through mountains, oceans, galaxies and perhaps get answers to important questions you might have.
The vibrations of certain instruments will directly raise certain frequencies of the body that are not in alignment.
This is an very ancient healing technique, used to balance and re-calibrate the chakras, the aura and many things out of alignment in your body and energy field.
During the Sound Journey our brain waves change and slowdown in frequency.
From the daily functioning in Beta waves you will start functioning in Alpha brainwaves. They are dominant during quietly flowing thoughts, and in some meditative states. Alpha is ‘the power of now’, being here, in the present. Alpha is the resting state for the brain. Alpha waves aid overall mental coordination, calmness, alertness, mind/body integration and learning.
Many people will however experience a state of Theta brainwaves during the sound journey. These occur most often in sleep but are also dominant in deep meditation. It acts as our gateway to learning and memory. In theta, our senses are withdrawn from the external world and focused on signals originating from within. It is that twilight state which we normally only experience fleetingly as we wake or drift off to sleep. In theta we are in a dream; vivid imagery, intuition and information beyond our normal conscious awareness. It’s also where we hold our ‘stuff’, our fears, troubled history, and nightmares.
And if you fall 'asleep' or can't remember anything from the journey you have dropped down to Delta brainwaves.
Delta brainwaves are slow, loud brainwaves (low frequency and deeply penetrating (like a drum beat). They are generated in deepest meditation and dreamless sleep. Delta waves suspend external awareness and are the source of empathy. Healing and regeneration are stimulated in this state (that is why deep restorative sleep is so essential to the healing process).
